If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Many of our products are handmade using organic materials and therefore slight variations in colour, texture, and size should be expected. If there is any damage to the items in your order on arrival, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to exchange them as quickly as possible.

You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date it is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, have proof of purchase, and be in the original packaging. Following this we can arrange your product exchange or issue store credit. 

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
